Hello, I tried the FTDI program and it appears to return the same value mcDemo205.

Let me know if there is anything else I can try for you?

I have been plugging in the board without the blue jumper on.

note that Testboard Gateway shows up in the top menu even before i have plugged in the 205 board.

When i press "Connect Gateway" an error pops up that says "Found 2 device. Non of the devices is a Test board."

i hit "Ok" and put the blue jumper on, the led flashes on the board a couple times and then nothing happens.

and yes, I've been following the procedure in the user guide with the same result.

I'm getting the same problem with my new mcThings board.

I'm following the mcDemo205-User-Guide and still getting the same error after clicking connect gateway (Found 2 device. Non of the devices is a Test board.)

Is it odd that the Testboard Gateway shows up in the list before I've even connected it to my PC.

I'm new to MC Things and received a 205 Demo board from SigFox to test the network and familiarize myself MC Things and SigFox.

I have installed all the recommended software and am trying to connect my 205 board to the mc-Studio.

When i open the Devices Menu, i see the following two devices listed 1) 00.00.FF.E0 Virtual Gateway (Connected) and 2) 00.00.FF.C0 Testboard Gateway... i'm not sure what these devices are, but when i plug in my 205 board nothing seems to show up and I can't figure out how to proceed.

When i plug in my board, i see a little red flash and then everything appears off... button presses don't do anything... no difference if running off batter or USB... i do see the board creates a USB Serial Port so i know it is running...

Any thoughts or recommendations would be extremely helpful.
