On mine it is not possible to read the text for the buttons it's just a bunch of dots

Heh.  I printed one like that at 100mm/s.  I assumed I should go higher res.  The print went from 5.5 hours to 11.  I didn't realize the lid was supposed to fit inside, although the higher res one definitely shows the seating it should go in.  I may have to trim it in a few spots if I take it apart again.  I just used some screws that I had lying about so I may not mess with it until I find some better ones.
