Any advice? You can see it's the latest firmware. Basically it's impossible to set up the MQTT details as per the video tutorial.

Hi bdevlin,
The reason is that your gateway is not fully up-to-date. Notice that your GWVersion is at 0.6-354. It should be at 0.6-363.
To update your gateway, you can check out the quick start guide here: https://goo.gl/gJCszK and the files are available for download here:

The mc-Gateway requires you to update the Host module (using mc-OTA and the mc-Dongle) but also requires you to update the application processor using the file on a USB stick.

Until you update the application processor using a USB, you will not be able to modify the gateway config settings.

Thanks, I did the USB update yesterday but I guess it didn't take. I reformatted my USB stick and reflashed this morning after you pointing out the FW revision was older. Now it works! I'll try the MQTT tutorial today or later tomorrow. Sorry to waste every one's time, but I thought everything was updated correctly.
