I turned on logging for my Gateway in McStudio, but I can't find the logs.

What version of mcStudio are you running? You can see this under the Help > About mc-Studio menu item.

If you're using 0.9.x, the logs can be found in ...My Documents\mcThings\mcStudio\Logging.
