Cloud Server seems to be inaccessible

I was updating my configuration, and replaced the batteries on my sensors, but not getting any events through.

So I tied to log in to my McCloud account, and the portal `portal.mcthings.com` ip addreess is not resolved.

Are you guys still running? the link from your own web page to the portal also does not work.

Any News?
