AWS Re:Invent is this week, and one of the services they released was AWS Greengrass.

Is it possible to add this service to the mc-Gateway or (even better) the mc-Modules? If so, will the mc-Things team consider adding support for the service in the future?

We are not currently looking at AWS Greengrass (although that doesn't mean we wont necessarily check it out down the road and see if this is something we can incorporate/work with).

As for NB-IoT networks - We always keep an eye out on any new networks that are coming into the IoT space. There has been a lot of talk about NB-IoT (and other networks) and we will continue to check them out and see if this is something we want to pursue down the road.
